Update Nov. 6, 2000. I have improved my pattern by making room for the rivet of the underlying scale, and trimmed the corners so there is less useless overlap. This is a scale drawing on a 1 inch grid. Scale was derived by measuring period paintings and sculptures. The consistency among sources was very good, in that the distance between rivets was just about one inch or a little smaller.
